  Frequently Asked Questions
HMP 2000 Special Feed Pasteuriser
Is the HMP 2000 suitable for non-human milk pasteurisation?
Yes
The formula milk should be mixed with water that is pre-heated to 63 degC, this precaution prevents contamination from entering the feed via the water.
How long and at what temperature does one cycle operate?
The Pasteurisation process is pre-set to 30 minuets at 62.5 degC, but is adjustable for time and temperature.
The complete cycle is 90 minutes
Can it take different bottle sizes in one time?
The machine as standard will pasteurise 20 bottles of either 100ml or 200ml. We can supply, at small cost an adapter to enable 10 bottles of 100ml and 10 bottles of 200ml to be pasteurised in one cycle.
