The HMP 2000-40HC retains the compact style of its smaller sister (work top or trolley suitable) and can deliver a 10 litre breast milk pasteurizing capability (Double that of the smaller unit)

The built in flexibility of Hot and cold water filling enables a more economic and faster process cycle compared with the other units.

The fully automated process gives the operator complete peace of mind with real time data display and hard copy (1 minute intervals) print of the pasteurizing cycle and rapid cooling functions without the contamination concerns of refrigeration.
