double casing
The design of the chamber, a genuine double casing made of 316L solid
stainless steel, enables you to optimise thermal efficiency by suppressing
the condensation caused by the wall of the chamber and to restore
a part of the energy to the steam generator. The generator can be
supplied with demineralised water. All of the pipes, the valves in
contact with water or steam are made of 316L stainless steel, both
on the generator side as well as on the chamber side. |
| "Smooth
Tank" |
 The
chamber is completely smooth to improve its resistance to soiling
and to facilitate cleaning. We carry out a surface treatment, which
gives it an appearance of high quality finish.
The door is made of solid 316L stainless steel, the washer being in
silicone and inflatable with compressed air. It can be replaced by
the user. The door is automatically controlled and is operated by
an electric motor. A double safety device controls the presence of
obstacles when the door is closing. |

| All of the
pipes and valves are made of 316L stainless steel and are equipped
with flanges. Clamp fittings ensure long-term leak tightness and facilitate
dismantling |

vacuum system |
Enabling
a threshold of 45 mbar to be attained from the first vacuum operation.
The vacuum system is made up of 3 elements:
- The condenser, which guarantees the cooling of the liquid sucked
in, causes its condensation, reduces its volume and contributes
to obtaining a vacuum.
- An ejector assembled upstream of the pump, which regulates the
air intake necessary for the optimum performances of the vacuum
pump.
- The liquid ring pump, which ensures the evacuation of air or
exhausted gas, with its supply of water partially recycled through
the water tan

| The
loading and unloading trolleys come with a fixed or variable height
they are equipped with a really autonomous battery, the whole being
in stainless steel.
The container holders come in a single or double
module. It enables optimised loading.
 STERINOVE
can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading tables. An
electric cylinder will take the load out and will enable the personnel
situated on the packaging side to launch a new cycle.
The base plate for the basket holders is made of stainless steel
wire and is equipped with a number of wheels ensuring a perfect
transfer of the load.
